“Dirty Dick” was and remains, far worse than “Tricky Dick” ever thought of being. He is indeed at the bottom of this, and other disasters benefiting oil companies and their suppliers- like deregulation and Iraq wars,don’t forget extravagant “defense” spending, just for starters. The toon is far more accurate and descriptive than even Cheney’s critics can perceive. His actions go back to the Ford administration, but nobody paid any attention. He IS mister ” Bush did it”.
