    We never gave our cats names like “Fluffy” or “Bruno”. We gave them full names. Actually, in the tradition of TS Eliot, we gave our cats 3 names (I’ll use one actual example): Their “full” names, like Ricardo Martin; their “call” name, like Rico; and their “snuggy” name, like “Boo”. All of our cats responded to their names.

    we had, Digger O’Reilly, Scooter MacGruder, Oscar the Wild Child, Chaos Theory, Sophie Superhero, and S.K….which the censors would not let me print the full name……
