My nephew went to the University of North Texas in the 90s.He was looking at several colleges. The deciding factor was a real cafeteria, with real food. He said the first year the food was really good. The next summer the college remodeled the cafeteria. They put in a Greezzy Peezza and something that served fried cholesterol and tri-glycerides.The college did a student survey and that’s what the students wanted.
