It’s like Elizabeth is becoming a queen bee in grade one.

I’ve always felt there are three genders in the human race: male, female and kid sister. Mine is 8 years younger than me……… total PITA, but VERY clever. She just turned 60, so probly won’t get any better.

“But you still love me so……..” (and she gets away with it).

I know these are reruns, but I love the fact that Lynn aged her characters and added so many new friends. When I think about all her characters she juggled I’m amazed. Yes, it seems Lizzie is growing up.

Based on Michael’s criteria, I didn’t turn into a girl until I was 18. I was still a tomboy and worked on my own car until I got married. I figured if I had to cook, he had to take out the trash and work on the car. Now, other than change fluids, I couldn’t work on a car to save my life.

I would always thought her first pigtails would be blue instead of purple or even pink…I like the purple but pink is more her color

Michael was going to pull the ribbon out. I had three brothers and if there’s anything a boy can’t stand, it’s a sister who’s feeling like she looks good.

Better he learn not to touch if a girl says “NO!” from his sister than any other female. What is it about that, anyhow?
