Looks like the scenic outlook from Mt. Wilson in SoCal………You look out over a sea of smog! Looks just like this.
I’m enjoying the “faces” in the nail patterns of the fence posts.
Based upon the color, it looks like a scene overlooking the Missouri River…
Nice view. I’d say west of the Missouri. The Missouri valley usually has much more vertical definition.
