Still spying on the neighbor? The guy makes me nervous... He moves in last week... A loner... Drives a creepy windowless van... And he's a part-time clown. He comes and goes at odd hours wearing freaky grease paint... But I heard that he volunteers as a clown for the policeman and benevolent Association fundraisers! Oh, c'mon! That's straight out of the FBI's psycho killer profile! I think you've been watching one too many true crime dramas on TV and I... Umm... Are these shears yours?. I found them under and azalea near the property line... Oh... Thanks. Sorry. I just get a little stressed when it comes to possible corrosion on garden implements. Nice save.

Why is he still wearing his clown suit? Maybe… he’s one of those wierdoz who have tattooed their persona on their skin permanently. Ever see the guy who looks like he has a tiger head?
