BlueJay… I hadda think about it too, cos at first I was a bit appalled by what I thought was some sort of weird slur, concerning the sexual orientation of fashion designers….

Then I remembered this is Monkey Wear….

And monkeys are, of course, poo flingers.

And of course, just in case anybody is unfamiliar with him…. it’s a pun on the name of designer Tommy Hilfiger.

Poof Linger…..as in Who farted?

I’d make a quilt out of them, but then, I’m weird.

I kinda have a soft spot for Buck’s designer. He has a good sense of plagiarism. Every lemur in Virginia should have a wardrobe of Monkeywhere.

I hope Virginia is ready for the huge influx of lemurs that is about to happen now that the secret is out.

I think the 2nd one says WE HATE MONKEYS. It’s hard to read.

“HeHateMonkey” is a reference to the XFL (2001) jersey of DeShaun “Rod” Smart. The name on the back of his jersey was “HeHateMe”.

“Tommy Pooflinger” — brilliant.
