Once a doctor told me that I was obese! I couldn’t believe it. 6’2" and 195 pounds is obese? I felt like I was perfect. She said that she was just reading what the chart said. I said, “Let’s check that chart’s accuracy. Let’s look YOURS up.” Oh no, she didn’t want to do that. If I’m obese, the world is obese!Of course, now, at 75yo, I’ve shrunk some and gained a few pounds and I’m still not obese. You know how old age shrinks you!

I’ve always been the “undertall” one of the family. Then we had 2 granddaughters. …………………..Now, they’re taller than me!Groan!

Eh, the BMI is nonsense anyway. When fit adults count as obese using that standard, it’s useless.
