All phones should have GPS. When it detects that you are moving at more than 3 mph, it shuts down the display.
There will be an override button located in such a position that it must be held in and activated with your other hand. This is so passengers can use their phones.
Of course, if you are going to take your eyes off the road, you might as well take both hands off the wheel and your foot off the brake.

You don’t need to change your brake pads more often…you’ll need to change your ENTIRE car—-if you live!!!
