They did win. Most of the southern states are on the net receiving side of the federal budget.

Actually it was my ancestors, Robert E Lee, flag in northern Virginia. The Dixiecrats died out long ago and Strom Thurmond renounced his KKK upbringing and apolpgized for it. Now it is the Republican party that holds all the racists close. We need to get our history straight to recognize the enemy. Funny how things can change so drastically. We need to educate people that the war has been over for 150 years and that the south lost and shall not rise again. That acursed flag stands only or treason, racism, hate and loss.
