Mine collection got floored over and is/was sitting on the ceiling between the rafters of our old house. Might not be much use now after 45 years.

I still get 5-10 comics a week, and I regularly give the ones that are not for mature audiences to the local kids rec center a month or two after I’m done. Most of them won’t be read again by me, but I’ve seen old ones tattered from being read over and over there.

You are never too old to read comics, but it is also a good idea to share the love with others.

I’m a 58-year old anime freak and still will be when I’m 88. And I can still pull off some awesome cosplay at SakuraCon. So fly those comic books loud and proud, Roy boy!

Looking at it from another aspect, those comic book collections could buy a very comfy retirement…..

Roy, be thankful you can still buy comic books. Where I’m from, the only comic store has closed its doors. Some pharmacies still sell some comics, but it’s not the same…
