-The USSC was intended to rule on constitutionality of congressional laws made by elected representatives, debated, and voted into law and signed by the executive, Period. But starting in the 1890s, the liberal-license justices went offtrack and switched from the original goal of making the government enforce laws to protect the 6 unalienable rights given mankind by our Creator, stated in the Declaration of Independence, to the 14th amendment where they dug and poked around and imagined they saw “new” rights that fit the agenda in their own fevered brains and egos. Then they wrote “opinions” filled with NEW LAWS and voted to impose them on the unsuspecting public.-What are the majority of 5 in the USSC smoking? And why don’t the MIS-educated public try to re-educate themselves for protection from a runaway legislating USSC?

Thomas should have recused himself on multiple occasions, but his partisan zeal keeps him from doing the honest thing. He should be impeached, and yesterday.
