That’s about as effective as those “Hawaiian chairs” that were all the rage a couple of years ago.
My boss has a ball like that. He uses it with regularity, and it does help his balance and strengthen the core.
I am sure that if I used that ball, I would be in the same “boat” as Ben. LOL.
