I wonder if this is a tribute to Don Featherstone, Inventor of the Plasic Pink Flamingo six decades ago, who died a few weeks ago on June 23, at age 79.
In the HOA industry, rules prohibiting front lawn displays are called the “Pink Flamingo Rule” because so many people object to those ubiquitous birds.
