You’re wrong, Rat — SP created you, and everyone says you’re the biggest joke in town.

Rat’s one to talk about not knowing humor considering none of his comics are funny.

Maybe Goat would like to hear from Scott Adams or Jim Davis how it’s done instead of Stephan Pastis.

Having read “A Short History Of Nearly Everything” and “At Home: A short history of private life”, which incidentally are not travelling books, I can say that Bill Bryson is a pretty darn good writer, Pastis or no Pastis.

I’m probably the only person in America who finds Bill Bryson overrated.

I find Bryson amusing, my wife finds him hilarious. Different strokes for different folks. Cartoon-boy is sometimes amusing, other times hilarious.

Well, Rat did try to soften the blow by saying “Hush”. He could have told Pastis to “Sit down and shut up”.(Yes, I’m from Jersey.)

Poor Pastis! Once again, thanks to Rat, his dignity has been stripped.

I get a little tired of the narcissism of this comic.

I enjoy the Pastissism of this comic

And I enjoy the fourth wall being broken.

I wish there would be more strips of the crocs, zebra, and guard duck.

If they put in more of those, the humor of the strip would triple

Actually, too much of the crocs, zebra and especially the guard ducks would be a hindrance to the strip … a little of something every now and then and a lot of puns makes this strip go round …

Those who think they are perfect (or, in this case, humorous) annoy those of us who are.

Pasties did a couple of pretty funny panels about Davis and Garfield.

I don’t find Bill Bryson at all.
