So are the climate rules getting sucked into the jet engines? Colliding with the plane?

I get the impression that Lisa Benson would have strenously objected to forcing those poor put-upon car manufacturers to install seatbelts and airbags. I mean really, burden on industry and all that!

Does Ms. Benson want us to go back to coal-fired airplanes?

Lisa, are you also open to cutting out obnoxious requirements by the TSA? I have traveled for business and am now avoiding airplanes due to lines, inability to bring water through security, lines, being questioned about my asthma inhaler, lines, fees to pay for longer lines, and the lines. Are you open to disparaging those too?

During that time period in 2001, when civilian and other commercial planes did not fly, was there a lower temperature in the atmosphere or on land because of fewer aircraft emissions? It seems as if that was a inadvertent practical demonstration of certain theories related to global warming.

GE, Rolls Royce, et al have already been working on cleaner engines, the proposed EPA regs just affirm these efforts and bring rules to others who may not be doing it on their own.

The REAL issue from the toon however should be the EXTREME dangers now coming from idiots with drones entering flight space, and generally disturbing the peace all over the place, like in wilderness and National Parks, or pool parties (not quiet but good bye privacy). We need MORE reglations quickly on these morons. There ARE valid uses for drones, like wildfire surveillance and other uses, but one persons “private right” is destroying the privacy and sanity, of hundreds, and doesn’t represent an “individual right to screw with everyone else.”

<br?DRONES are becoming more dangerous and deadly to air and airliners, EPA regs, are not.
