It is the schoolmof rude no matter where you live. Everybody goes to that school.

Just like when you finally get to a passing lane, the slow car stays in the fast lane! Then, you go to pass him, and he finally speeds up……….and then you’re out of the passing zone! ARG!!!
Rory, you forgot to tell Stan to honk the horn as he speeds up.
I like the pedestrians that know they have the right of way whether you can stop for them or not.
