Our Legislature just approved a Bill to increase the speed limit to 80 on the wide open roads. Utah and Idaho have had it for several years, with no ill effects.
That speed limit looks Canadian, but we don’t have deserts up here.Were they jacking the car to change a tire? Or did they steal it. If they stole, they can take a ride with that nice police man back to the station. Maybe they will run into the car they stole along the way.

I wish the “Speed Limit” signs would say “Posted Speed” instead!
Also, we need signs at the beginning of a freeway entrance ramp saying “Get your a$$ going! The speed on the highway you are entering is XX!”
