Thought I would try a new comic. Sigh, looks like another wimpy, be their friend instead of a real teacher type. Man up, or I drop the comic. I do not like wussy men. My dad was a teacher, & he was not their friend. He taught.
as a 30-year veteran of the classroom, having taught elementary school, middle school and high school, I can see some humor in this neophite. Do I think he’s a wimp? Heck yeah! Those 4th graders have him beat; they know a greenhorn when they see one! And I predict that dispite his lack of experience and credentials, he will eventually find his way and win over these kids. Let’s just hope it’s soon ot this strip will damage an already-broken teaching profession.

I think it is hilarious. In the 7th grade we had the nun’s “number” . Now that was wimpy! Kinda sad when I think back….

It’s day 1 for him and he has barely had a school tour. Given what an idiot legislator in Wisconsin thinks “teaching credentials” are, we need this.
