Husband used to say “I did the dishes for you” and “I made the bed for you”First week we were married.Second week “I’ll do the dishes” and “Let me make the bed”Training…….

I never share my feelings of boredom. I just say I’m working on something. That usually gets me left alone.

Of course I share….

Opinions, whether asked for or not…. random thoughts…. unsolicited advice….

I’m downright magnanimous…Just ask Bev. Sometimes I share with her even after she says “Shut up, Susan.”Cos I know she’s just kidding…. right, Bev? Um… right?

2Old … that goes along with one of my pet peeves…guys who say they’re ’BABYSITTING" … their own kids.

“No, I can’t go, sorry…. Sally had to work tonight, so I’m babysitting the kids.”Aaaagh!I tend to call them on it… some have never even thought about it.

And Templo… that wouldn’t even make sense!Nobody’s asking Elliot or Spork to share their feelings.They’re not part of a couple.

Let the cartoonists cartoon, pretty please…and if you can do it better, hey…there’s always Sherpa..knock yourself out!

Hubby is wonderful about sharing the housework. His attitude is “I live here; I helped make the mess; I’ll help clean up”. He cooks, he hangs up wash, he helps make the bed.

I am blessed.

Bev, 2Old, and Wet…and Dry, if she shows up….I was just giving a heads-up to Templo SUD, because I don’t think he realised that giving unwanted “corrections” is not only unwise, but pretty rude to the cartoonists.

Josh, OTOH, says he means to “assault” the strip.A flaggable offense, so I flagged him… hope you did too.If the mods think it’s OK, they’ll not ban him… but I leave it to them.

Yes, if I thought it would help, I’d instead offer him that same advice about Sherpa…which Bev did for me…a nice try, Bev.But he’s trying to be rude…. which means he doesn’t want advice….he wants attention.And as Wet said…we’re giving him too much of it.I’ve seen mothers who think when their little darlings throw tantrums and act out, you appease them with sugary treats.We all know where that leads…let’s not do it here.
