As long as their hero BH Oboma Soroto does it, then it’s no problem.

It’s a shame that the Republicans and Democrats, who no longer care about, we the people, have made it so difficult for independents to be heard.

Missing the cartoon’s point, folks. Authorized by Congress…expanded to baloonlike proportions by a bureaucracy. Sound familiar?

This shouldn’t be a partisan issue. Everyone, left, right and center, should be opposed to this kind of violation of privacy. From the left I will say that the government should never have the power or authority to peek into my private communications without a proper warrant and meaningful judicial scrutiny.

Appeals decision, not SCOTUS so it moves up the ladder, where Scalia and the rest of the five for burning the Constitution will see that it came from a bush, and say it’s liegal.

Phone booths are still an iconic symbol and can still be found sporadically in smaller areas with poor cell reception.

“That government is best which governs least.”.We the people have abdicated our responsibility to control this government. We have allowed the timid to control true freedom through governmental interference where it has no right or authority. .Without regard to the unconstitutional manipulations of the Supreme Court, the federal government is ONLY legally permitted to those specific actions detailed in the Constitution. ANY action not specifically enumerated to the federal government by that document is disallowed to that federal government and is reserved to the states and the people. There is NO language in the Constitution authorizing this government the creation of ANY federal police forces (CIA, FBI, HSA, etc.) and ALL of them are unconstitutional. So is nearly every word in the Patriot Act, the Homeland Security Act, and nearly EVERY piece of legislation since 1964 and most legislation since 1930.

Mr Old Coal,Labels are handy are they not? They allow you to place a label on someone without ever bothering to read and understand what they post..The Federal Marshall’s Service was NOT authorized by Washington, he merely signed the Judiciary Act of 1789, that was passed by Congress. The Federal Marshall Service was defined at that time to very specific and constitutional functions under the executive branch of the government, those functions were limited to the protection of officers of the court. ANY function that violates the Tenth Amendment which limits the federal government to ONLY those functions specifically enumerated in the Constitution. ALL other function belong to the states and the people. That is NOT ’Libertarian", that is constitutional. Read the thing, you might be surprised.
