what are the odds for Construction Companies hiring punk vandals to rebuild?

-Will there actually be much rebuilding? How many were insured for vandalism?Who would want to go into debt to rebuild after such total losses? This is not the way to improve the job situation or to maintain a city, IMO.-Why is there no news of police trying to find and indict the vandals? There should be a priority to get convictions and put such anti-social thugs into jail.

What the Right Wing is still not understanding is that, in a neighborhood where the 16 year olds don’t expect to Live to see their 25th Birthday, you don’t find many of them thinking much about the Future they don’t expect to Have..Parts of Baltimore have a Lower Life Expectancy than any Country in the World except Somalia..The ones who Do make it to 25 often celebrate in Prison..

I was raised poor in a family of six. Don’t remember looting and burning to get ahead. Until individuals decide to be responsible for their lives and action places like Baltimore will only get worse. The city of Baltimore received over $1.8 billion from President Barack Obama’s stimulus law, including $467.1 million to invest in education and $26.5 million for crime prevention. Yep, more money will only make it better.

excuse me, but we have been throwing money at the poor for 50 years, and things have only gotten worse. WHY?

“There was not a single example of a black businessman or woman burning down their own businesses.”

That would be burning down their present. Don’t be deliberately dense. It’s the young punks who will want jobs in the future who have burned down their options.

We burned them down because clueless middleclass jackasses wouldn’t understand frustration and poverty anyway, as clearly shown by the way they’ve responded to more peaceful attempts to improve our situation.
