I'm craving a delicious beef taco. But instead of beef, I'm thinking chicken. And instead of a corn tortilla, I'd like a flour tortilla. Screw chicken, I'll have eggs instead. Cuco: So... you're having a breakfast burrito. Eddie: It's the journey!

Reminds me of that Jack Nicholson diner scene in Five Easy Pieces, which you can watch here. (Except in the cartoon’s case, Eddie is both Nicholson and the waitress.)
