I got put through sexual harassment training something like four times in a two-year period, by several different employers (as my companies kept changing while I was doing the same job). The stupid part was that the classes were all virtually identical. Since the last one, I keep threatening to deliver the following evaluation:“I’ve been put through N different sexual harassment classes, and I haven’t learned any newer, better, or more effective ways to harass someone sexually than I knew coming in. If you’re just going to repeat the same stuff over and over and over again, stop wasting my time. I have work to do.”

Besides, when you fire me, you’ll see that I’m plenty sensitive without your training!
