Roy, you can’t handle the tooth….Why the long face, Trigger?

Incisive humor there…. The mane thing is, his condition is stable.

Hay, Doc…good thing you anesthetized him…he may be a pal but if you hurt him he can get pretty mean-o.Superfrog… did you mean “cat?”Other than that, I think you’re on the right track…. (Twenty-nine.)

Brian… from yesterday…dunno whether it was me… but it could have been.Cos yup… A Greek fellow who owned a gyros truck taught me years ago that it’s one gyros, pronounced (year-os, with an “s” sound, like Spanish “dos”, not a “z” sound like “toes”.)’ 2 or more are gyri… (like year-ee)But very few people in the US use the correct plural unless they speak Greek… and the vendors have gotten used to people saying “one gyro, 2 gyros”… as long as they use the “Y” sound.

I hope he wasn’t a gift horse.

I read “Tigger” at first so I was more than a little confused (at first!) In my defense, it’s early yet, and my gf kept me out late last night. (She did finally unlock the door and let me in……..)
