Anybody who eats at Cracker Barrel…..well we ate there once. It was in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico. There wasn’t another place to eat within 100 miles. You first have to run the gauntlet of a huge gift shop, and then wait forever and then you are seated reallllly close to the next table, and then eat mediocre slop. Why you’d want a reminder of all that is beyond me.They do serve huge portions, so it is right up the Penny’s alley.
I have always had a pleasant experience at CB. The food is always good and hot, real maple syrup (not that sugary stuff), root beer in a chilled mug, plus a table game that repeatedly tells me I am a genius.
