In one of our high school lavatories was the sign “Please Flush Twice. It Has to Get All the Way to the Cafeteria.”

most “disclaimers” have no legal value. Just because they put up a sign, it does not negate responsibility, altho the owners would like people to believe that.
That sign should be posted in every fastfood restaurant in America.
