Too late this comic has found it’s niche. At this point it seems to be going to the right but I think some characters will offer a counterpoint like the little birdie does today
I think they’re all leaving because this strip doesn’t only make fun of the right. In their minds, everything must be partisan. I like this strip because it pokes fun at both sides, unlike other political strips which tend to only go after one side, and is filled with more insults rather than humor.
It’s funny, most who are complaining about this strip seem to lean to the left if you read their comments, and think it’s fine if a comic offers humor to attack the right.

Thanks for the ride while it lasted, Nathan. I’m through with this strip.

It seems that Nathan is lampooning both sides. See Sunday’s strip.
I’ll be following this strip for a while before coming to any conclusions.

This strip has turned into nothing but U.S. politics. If I wanted that (which I don’t), I’d read the editorials.

I actually thought this one was funny. But, I still don’t want to see this turn into a political comic.
