Getting up and walking a couple of laps of the office every 30 to 60 minutes is good. But being able to type or write while walking? … Not me. Then of course there’s the feet, the knees, the hips the back. And don’t forget the neck strain.
there are a couple of people at work that have the standing desks. But don’t stand all day. These desks can be raised or lowered and the chairs are not that far away.
