    Nah the cross is stolen from the pagans too. It was an actual policy at one point to supplant local holidays with christian variations, which I think ironically has given them a longer total lifespan.

    there are pagan symbols in judaism. take a good look at sukkot. the pagan roots show like a bad dye job. i’m jewish if that’s relevant.

    When I was a kid, we’d get baskets of candy at Easter time, but toys never had anything to do with it. It’s a bring-down today, to say the least, to see that’s what’s become of Easter.

    thank you. although my knowledge of religion goes deep in some areas and huge gaps in others. there’s some zoroaster in there too, and the pagans that preceded judaism. the one god thing probably from the egyptians during their little fling with monotheism.i hope this is useful
