Yes, because that’s what coaches do, ya know. Manipulate and experiment with drug therapies on their team.

I’m well on my way to being a big time coach. Let’s see, drug abuse, check. Point shaving, check. Betting on the games outcome. Check! Now that I’ve got Leisl right where I want her, it’s time to go play with my balls.

Bobby has already been right with all sorts of basketball prognostications. What on earth is so impressive about this one? Leisl can’t stop talking about it.

Interesting ball rack. The middle row holds five basketballs. The top row doesn’t have room for a fifth in the middle panel, but in the third panel Bobby has somehow squeezed another one in.

They’ve been playing H.S. baseball and softball for about a week around D.C. now. Of course, we had a couple of inches of snow today to make things even harder.

My question for HooDad is how many days have we been held hostage by this story?

As a future ex-reader of this strip I’m not impressed with the pace of this story. Let’s get to the discovery of BStatWhiz’s manipulation, Leisl’s rejection of him due to cheating, and the valuable lesson that will be learned by all.

In all reality , it takes a lot of balls to do what Bobby has done . Nice job on the floor , Mop .

When this comes true, please give me a little credit: Bobby’s experiment involved placeboes

In all reality, Steve Carrol would be Bobby and Clint Eastwood would be Gil

Matthew McConaughey would play Kaz, Tom Selleck plays Tod Andrews, January Jones as Mimi. The possibilities are endless.

Moon-Pie would be played by a younger Al Pacino or Sean Penn.

The season has to be nearing an end, it has to be time for Gil or Kaz to uncover the fake drug plot. Yes? And speaking of fake plots, here’s today’s Mopped Up Thorp.

HooDad, I’m in Gaithersburg. Baseball season should start in Milford about the time the Skins head to Richmond. Thank for the countdown update.

Bobby would rather be pushing around that rack that Leisl has sprouted.
