We are water rich in St. Louis. The Missouri river and Illinois river feeds into the Mississippi. We’re charged a flat rate of about $70 per quarter (3 months) for all the water we want. The area may suck in most things (i.e. Ferguson), but when it comes to water, we are RICH RICH RICH! Bwahahaha.
