The problem being that it requires putting the fingers in the cat’s mouth, also. .(All because of one of the feline super powers, the ability to detect one tiny pill in a large bowl of cat food and eat every bit of food around it without getting the pill.)

My cat would pretend to swallow the pill, and I’d catch her spitting it out as she walked away.

So true! I have to put the pill in a pill plunger and sneak up on my cats. If they see me coming, it’s no use!

I find it takes two people, one towel and butter to give a cat a pill.

wrap it in cream cheese. Works like a charm.
