You know, the words “healthful” and “chip dip” really don’t belong in the same sentence.

A little yoghurt instead of some of the sour cream….a carrot or a celery stick instead of chips…OK, if you must…

But c’mon….. the world needs a little onion soup mix with sour cream once in a while…

That’s the only dip recipe Matthew needs to hear…he’d rather sleep through the rest…That way he never even has to know about hummus with kale chips.

I tend to agree with Susan on this one. “Healthful chip dip” is an oxymoron, implying as it does the use of some sort of CHIPS to consume it.

@StelBelBTW, there was another pic posted of a different Blue and Black dress that probably misled people. The original optical illusion dress pic looked like the dress on the left in StelBel’s pic. There were several “explanations” of why different people see different colors and how to view it differently to see the “other” colors. One said that, if you scroll down, the dress looks White/Gold and, if you are scrolling up, it looks Blue/Black. Another said it has to do with what shading the background has (dark or light). And another said it had something to do with your monitor settings. None of these things changed what it looked like to me.I really found this Meme fascinating!

Oh StelBel – that made me laugh out loud. I’m so tired of this dress thing, especially on the news. Is there no other news??? There was a picture on Facebook of a white cat with green eyes. It said "Enough with the dress – look at this beautiful black cat with blue eyes. Funny.(btw – I saw it as white and gold)

Why are so many people hallucinating about the colours in a dress. To me it was green and orange paisley….. OK I haven’t seen it and dont care.

Xactually….. all indications to the contrary notwithstanding….. I love those…Though I prefer the teriyaki flavor, and I can’t eat many cos of the salt.

I buy the cheaper Asian made teriyaki nori in a plastic jar…it’s delicious!

But not party food…. when you want real potato chips with something full of stuff you wouldn’t eat every day.

Like Bev’s mushroom yak dip…. so much better than Gertie’s..with sour cream, mayonnaise, melted yak fat, mushrooms, and garlic. If it’s not rich enough, she adds a little butter.

    Nice job, Stel!

Color differences in their dresses? Really?I can hardly tell them apart.

BTW….and I’m getting sick of it too…I have to say that, like 2Old, I saw “the dress” as absolutely light blue and gold.

There’s a black and white print garment in the same photo, and neither of those colors appeared to be in the dress held up.

But in the attached article, I read that the “researchers” quoted said the 70% of their respondents saw white and gold; 30% saw black and blue…AND 6% saw “other”, including light blue and gold.

Which accounts for 106% …and kinda shows me what sort of “research” goes into this stuff.

Oh…. and Dogsniff… well, they do have to examine the subject from every angle…

And when they realise that only one of those angles is right, they’ll of course know which one.
