One is surprised we haven’t heard of celebrities having captured a drone operated by a member of the paparazzi. It would be wise for legislators to pass laws that more strictly define the use of these machines and establish penalties for images captured by these drones and sold or distributed. Freedom of expression and speech is one thing, but using these hitech toys to violate a person’s privacy for fun or profit is immoral, unethical, dishonorable, and it should also be illegal.
