Not one to comment in the political cartoons too much because of the vitriol atmosphere. But the reason Obama has only vetoed twice is because Harry Reid had blocked everything he would have vetoed. Still not sure how much is going to get to his desk, still need 60 votes in the Senate to even get anything to a straight up and down vote, Democrats can still effectively block most legislation if they stand united.
Had the Senate voted on those blocked bills most, if not all, would not likely made it to the Presidents desk. The number that included at least in part calls for dismantling the ACA were substantial.
