Mrs. Olsen: Goodness. Some anonymous angel left me a mystery cupcake.
Frazz: With enough frosting to have her asleep by oral book-report time.
Caulfield: It wasn't intended to be a mystery to you.
“A sugar crash or glucose crash is the term used to refer to fatigue after consuming a large quantity of carbohydrates, also known as reactive hypoglycemia. It is variously described as a sense of tiredness, lethargy, irritation, or hangover, although the effects can be less if one has undertaken a lot of physical activity within the next few hours after consumption.”
bigpuma, thought the same thing….I would think that a Caufield oral book report could go on for the whole class period…..And yes, the gag would have been better using another kid…It goes against type for it to be Caufield…

There are 2 teachers who are treated with deserved respect- Miss Plainwell and Mr Burke, the 4th grade teacher (and Frazz’s friend)

I am not sure if you misunderstood what I posted yesterday or if you actually agree with bigpuma’s assessment of Frazz as a male “Mary Sue.”
