Scrabble, another game of Scrabble, another game of Scrabble, another…. Somebody thought it would be fun to play with 4 boards and 4 sets of tiles.
Candyland, Hi-O-Cherrio, Uncle Wiggily Chutes & Ladders/Snakes & Ladders, and don’t forget jigsaw puzzles.
Rock em Sock em Robots !
Around our house: Aggravation, Battleship, Trouble, Yahtzee
Yes, grandkids always are more like their grandparents than their own parents. It’s science!
so true
Our house (we’re great grands) Sorry, Scrabble, Battleship, and forjjust one at a time, War, always have a deck of cards handy.
I have “Corvette Monopoly” sitting near me right now. The “real” game with a playing board and metal playing pieces (I think they are made of pewter?)
Aw come on! It’s not that unusual for kids to play with physical games!
We call it “Hungry, Hungry Carlsons.” Because the Carlsons are hippos. But not when they’re here, of course.
Remember “Operation”? That was pretty weird.
I have the game “Boom or Bust.” Came out about the same time that Monopoly did but if was a little more complicated and didn’t do well. Used to play it as a kid and my grandparents home.
I LOVE THE CHICKEN BABIES!
