I’ve seen it quite often. Fortunately, as a senior middle aged male who is glad to knock down 10 minute miles I’m not as suicidal as Tank. On top of that, I have to agree with jbmlaw on the enjoyment of the trailing view.
Best soccer game I ever saw was a practice for my 15 y.o.’s team where they had the boys and the girls scrimmage against each other. Wow! Talk about giving 120%. Obviously all those MALE egos. Lol.
Interval Training is good for you. If you can survive the first few training sessions – the rest won’t seem quite as rough. it is cute – trying to out run each other.
