    This reminds me of a friend who is an architect. He was lousy when it came to working with materials. The house hebuilt for himself didn’t fare too well in the spot he built it.

    As a former contractor, it is my contention that all architects should be required to have some practical building knowledge.

    This reminds me of a Robert A Heinlein story about a house built in the shape of a unfolded tesseract. I had some very unique features after surviving an earthquake.
