At my former place of employment ( I retired) a departing employee announcement starts the scramble for the open job, parking place, locker, tools, office, etc. Old timers generally have some sweet perks.
At my former place of employment I was given a 6 week project one day and “let go” the next by a hatchet man for not completing the same project on time. Huh?
All of you missed the joke. The seminar was to be about the subject of advertising & promotion. Since the seminar was obviously not advertised or promoted, nobody showed up. Get it now? If you have to explain it, it isn’t funny they say.
