They do NOT have the infrastructure of servers for it to have been done in N.K.Maybe some one in USA did it and burned the info to multiple DVD’s or/terrabyte USB sticks.

@iammu, No technical infrastructure? They built nuclear bombs. What makes you think those crazies can’t at least buy the expertise to hack systems?
