Red and Rover by Brian Basset for December 24, 2014
Transcript:
Our mission is to chart Santa's progress from space. What exactly am I supposed to be looking for? Eight tiny reindeer polling Santa's sleigh. From hundreds of miles above the earth?? Right, right. Ok... Keep your eyes open for eight microscopic reindeer polling and infinitesimally small sleigh.

Does Santa fly ABOVE or BELOW the Cloud-Deck?
(Might affect the chances of seeing him, hmmnh?)

Okay, Santa…give Red and Rover the sack of toys, and nobody gets hurt!

I think he flies below the cloud deck as why would he need to keep going up so high when stopping so frequently? Unless he does it going over the oceans.

Couldn’t Rover just look for Rudolph’s bright red nose?

Norad can only track Santa so far. They lose him when he goes into hyperdrive – usually that’s when he’s in your area.

Actually, In traditional lore, Santa Claus’s sleigh is led by eight reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen, with Rudolph being a 20th-century inclusion. So He should be looking for Nine tiny Reindeer.

The weather didn’t cooperate so I can’t dash through snow on my way to Kid Sister’s for Christmas Rib Roast. Every year I settle for weaving (bad choice of words!:)))) my way through the Police DWI check points. Merry Christmas!
