My wife handles all the financial stuff, and even though I have a nice pension, social security coming, a paid-for house and a decent balance in the IRA, I’m pretty sure I’d be living in a cardboard box under the freeway in about two weeks if she died before me.

I hope I die before my husband too. Not so much due to the paperwork, but getting rid of all the junk he insisted on keeping.
