Then we run a background check. You have to pay a $25 fee for that. Then you have to take a test; there’s another $25 fee. Then it has to be approved by over 50% of the committee; which only meets on one Tuesday a month. Your application is only good for 30 days; so if it expires you have to re-submit your application.
