Also, is it not even possible to determine if the Iranians actually are being honest when they say they want to devlope nuclear power for peaceful electrical puposes? And wish to save their considerable oil reserves to sell to the rest of the world for money. I mean, even Muslims need money. Is that not just what even ultra conservatives want, for the market itself to determine just what others do?
Also. if Russia wants to help them do this, would the Russians possibly also be expecting to gain finacially from their eventual help in doing this? Or have we become so very paranoid about this, that we can not even admit this possiblity?
Israel has the bomb, lots of them. India and Pakistan both have “the bomb”, yeah, there’s no concern about those two!
The U.S. wants more nuclear energy facilities, and wants many small countries around the world to also have nuclear generating capacity, just not Iran. Iran has often said they could accept review by interests other than just the U.S. and Israel regulating their potential “bomb fuel” production, an offshoot of generating electricity with some reactor designs.
Folks who can’t understand the science of a light switch, have strong views on the “falsity” of climate change, and nuclear energy and quantum physics. Yes, this is America, where holding an opinion is more powerful than holding to facts.
Churchill said that jaw-jaw is better than war-war, but not if they are both going on at the same time. But then again Churchill would never measure up to the geniuses on this comment board, or their hero, the Holy Transformative Messiah Obama. All Churchill did was lead his country through World War ||.
