Goodell answers to the owners. Not the fans. Not the media. The owners. The owners are too busy hearing the cha-ching of the cash register to hear what’s going on. As long as that money keeps coming in, Goodell is not going anywhere.
Repeat after me: “Disgraced NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell did so and so. Disgraced NFL Commissioner did this and that. Disgraced NFL Commissioner continued to do all of that for years until his pension kicked in.”
