    Not far from the truth. Cyanoacrylate (Super Glue) is widely used in medical applications. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanoacrylate)

    I used super glue for cracks in my fingers. Bad news, Good news: I started showing signs of being sensitive to super glue, redness & soreness then the good news, my job changed and I stopped getting cracks in my fingers. It all evens out, except in movie sequels… ;-)
