My kids used to watch a cartoon show back in the 70’s or 80’s that featured some “misfit” superheroes. One of them was a baby who used his bottle as a weapon. Another one was dressed in a chicken costume. It reminds me of this character.
There was also a radio serial of mini-spots (about 60 seconds or so) that ran in the 1960’s that pre-dated the cartoon show. One of them was “Chicken Man.” Whoever produced that also produced “The Tooth Fairy” about a crime fighting dentist AKA “The Molar Maurder.”
