    I think it’s generous of the store to give Skeezix a store credit without the receipt or packaging, considering how the store will be unable to sell the returned item without the packaging.

    Now she won’t have a charger for her phone because he couldn’t find one anywhere else. Where’s the sense in this?.Or maybe now the item is half-price and he will only get a credit for half of what he paid.

    It is amazing what a non-confrontational tone of voice and NOT blaming the store for your mistake will result in. When you ask for help, you are more likely to receive it. If you DEMAND satisfaction, you are on your own. It also does not hurt that Skeez is an old man.

    Liar, they opened it, she said it was too expensive, and to take it back. So why didn’t they just put it back in the box?

    He should have said, " Do you want a charger or not. If you do, use it. If you don’t, take it back yourself."
